Great experience! Kindness and courtesy, bicycles available free of charge to admire a wonderful seafront, welcoming and clean rooms, beach just a few steps away.
Furthermore, due to an unexpected event, we had to escape 1 day early and they reimbursed us for one night and dinner, without being requested or owed. Well done and thanks
Family run hotel, very friendly staff. It was the penultimate day of opening and the staff said goodbye by thanking the owners, this, for me, means a lot. Structure attentive to the ecological aspect, we took advantage of the half board: super abundant dinner and aperitif with typical products, very good quality, if it happens again we will return

The Capitano hotel is now the point of reference for us for our visits to Tortoreto Lido. Always available to find the right solutions, complete services (excellent breakfast, beach, parking...) and a lot of courtesy that never hurts!! Barbara and Roberto are very nice, as are the father and mother... what can I say... a perfect team!!
Starting from the arrival, with the welcome by Barbara, who immediately proved to be very kind and helpful. Moving on from the impeccable cleanliness of the room, to the excellent organization in the room, with professional staff, for breakfast and dinner, with local specialties cooked in an appetizing manner. Free bike service that enlivens the walk along the seafront. Car parked privately and beach service 200 meters from the property. We had never come to this area and we were surprised and happy to have spent these days in total serenity thanks above all to the organized staff of the Hotel Capitano. We will be back.
